  • Oversee a 17+ person team of creative strategists and regional leads who ideate and pitch insight-driven global campaigns spanning influencer livestreams, Twitch media, events, esports team sponsorships, ad-product activations and more.

  • Working across all advertising verticals (Auto, Telecom, CPG, Food/Beverage, Insurance, Banking, Retail), the Americas custom creative team was directly responsible for over $280M in revenue in 2020, a 40% YOY growth.

  • Inspire our executive-level advertising clients and agency stakeholders with a vision of their brand on Twitch; develop strategies and creative campaigns that meet business objectives and push the boundaries of advertising on the platform.

  • Personally led creative direction on multi-million dollar branded content campaigns for clients like General Motors, Xfinity, Miller Lite, Spotify, Hershey’s, Bounty, Coca Cola, Alienware/Dell, Charmin and Adobe.

  • Collaborate with Ad-Product, Content, Engineering, Product and Sales Leadership to develop global programs and advertising products that ensure cultural relevance and commercial viability.

  • Built a cross-functional pre-sale pitch team from the ground up, establishing the NYC office as the creative hub and growing creative teams in Los Angeles, Chicago, São Paulo, Mexico City and Toronto.

  • Established Twitch’s Brand Partnership Studio presence in Canada and throughout LATAM, identifying regional needs and scalable processes in these emerging markets.

  • Exercise thought leadership by participating in industry events and speaking engagements for organizations such as:  Adweek, Ogilvy, WPP, Mobile Marketer, Edelman, etc.

  • Concept/produce content initiatives on YouTube, Tumblr, Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Podcast and other social platforms to generate awareness, engagement, and earned media for Showtime Series.

  • Worked with Unskippable Labs’ Ben Jones to improve YouTube ad effectiveness for Shameless S6; the custom shot creative drove 33% more ad recall in an A/B study.

  • Employ influencer marketing efforts with top creators on YouTube, Vine, and Instagram to tap into new audiences and crossover new fans to Showtime series.

  • Concept, write, produce and lead digital creative tactics including supercuts, music videos, animated content, fandom-related content, BTS, chat-bots, and location-based experiences.

  • Lead cross-functional brainstorms, review treatments, screen cuts, draft thoughtful creative notes and provide feedback to editors, writers, producers, art-directors and outside vendors.

  • Led all transmedia storytelling efforts to extend linear storylines to the digital space in the form of webisodes or in-character social content.  

    • Creatively collaborated with the writing/production staff of Weeds, Dexter, Shameless, Homeland, House of Lies, Nurse Jackie, Ray Donovan and Roadies to create webisode series, instagram handles, in-character blogs and other video pieces to provide fans with more story on digital platforms.

  • Develop digital programming that is upstreamed to Showtime’s linear channels.

    • Concepted and produced “House of Lies Live” a 30 minute improv comedy special which was used to generate interest in the 3rd season of House of Lies among comedy enthusiasts.

    • The special aired as high profile linear programming on New Years Eve after making network history as the first comedy special to premiere on digital platforms prior to Showtime’s air.
